Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our custom-made clothing services. Since each item is individually crafted to your specifications, please review our return policy below carefully.

·       Due to the personalized nature of custom-made clothing and accessories, we are unable to accept returns or refunds once an order is delivered. Each piece of clothing is crafted based on your specific measurements and style preferences, making it unique and non-resalable.

·  While we cut the fabric to the exact specifications that you give, the clothing measurements can differ a bit, this is acceptable in the specialized custom clothing industry, keep in mind these are handmade garments, and this applies to all our articles of clothing including Kaftans, Dresses, Suits, Shirts, Trousers/Pants, Tops, Shorts, and any other which is listed on our website.

·      We understand that fit is crucial. If your custom item does not fit as expected, we offer one free alteration with 14 days of delivery. Additional alterations may incur a fee. This policy also applies to pre-set sized (ready size) garments, as they too are custom-made once ordered. If you provide body measurements, we will add ease to the clothes for comfort and fit in certain areas, based on our standard defaults or your chosen fit preference. The customer must ship the item to our contact address at their own cost. ·       If your custom-made clothing arrives with any defects or damage, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  •        Repairing the item at no additional cost 
  •          Offering a replacement if repairs are not possible.

To expedite the process, please email us with photos of the defect and a detailed description.

·    Order may be canceled or modified within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, the production process begins, and cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.

·       It is always advisable to place group orders together so that we can use fabrics from the same batch, fabrics do differ from batch to batch. We are not responsible if any fabric goes out of stock, we will refund you if any order is placed and we do not have adequate stocks, this applies to single orders as well.

·       No claims will be valid if multiple orders are placed for the same fabric and we are not able to fulfill all or any one of them, we will always refund for clothing if production for the same has not started.

·   We rely on the measurements and specifications you provide. Please ensure that all measurements are accurate. For the best results, we recommend consulting with our professional tailors, if you have questions. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or free replacements due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

·    For alterations due to fit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If an item is found to be defective, we will cover the return shipping charges.
